The Biomedical Consortium Task Group (BCTG) regards any learning opportunity important if the subject matter directly or indirectly relates to the many biomedical industry professional opportunities. Global perspective, state-of-the-art technology, practical workshops. This means BCTG intends to keep you informed of subjects that may be available in these bodies of knowledge: - Knowledge of and ability to apply compliance requirements.
- Biomedical specific technologies and methodologies
- Social intelligence
- Problem solving ability
- General knowledge of product and/or service design, development, production, sales, marketing, distribution, field and customer service, technical service, financial management, human resources
- Details of required and preferred personal qualities, interests, abilities and knowledge for many typical professional positions.
Biomedical Consortium Intends to Close the GapBesides support of external organizations, BCTG intents to move beyond what may be made available through this website. BCTG will research changes in the needs of the biomedical industry as it expands and identifies new or changing technology and changing regulations. Biomedical Consortium conferences include such subjects as "global regulations, clinical trials, labeling, packaging, reliability, clinical investigations, FDA approvals and recalls, risk assessment, clean room technology, sterilization technology, quality audits, validation." Your input is also important since BCTG intentions are to respond to your needs. Current, basic needs that are not offered may also require attention. To fill in the gaps BCTG will search the learning centers for pending response to these needs and/or develop and sponsor responsive learning opportunities. Appropriate BMFG venues will be considered and posted at this website as workshops, seminars, breakfast forums or conferences. Biomedical Consortium Endorses the Applied Learning ProcessTo enable growth and success on the job BCTG endorses applied learning and development training as the preferred process by which to assist the attendee transfer concepts, principles and practices into skills, attitudes and knowledge.BCTG will require this approach in all learning events that it may develop and/or sponsor. While this concept will be promoted with all learning centers for whom events are posted on this website, the actual learning method cannot guaranteed. |
